Rewiring Workplaces: Creating a Culture of Belonging – recording

In this webinar, Lori and Dorothy discussed the impact of our innate human need for belonging on workplace culture.

Belonging has become a bit of a buzzword in the important and fast-evolving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) landscape. Some organisations now even add “Belonging” to the acronym (DEIB).

But belonging is a subjective experience. You can’t control whether or not someone else feels like they belong. But you can create the conditions for people to feel valued, respected, listened to and that they and their contributions really matter. Even if you don’t always agree with them or see eye to eye.
