Managing the Brain under Stress




In the time of Corona when stress levels are far higher than normal, it is harder to manage emotions and focus on work. In this mini-course you will learn a few simple adjustments that can help you to stay calm and focused.

We will introduce two parts of the brain: the emotional limbic system and the practical prefrontal cortex.

You will get a brief overview of both parts and a basic understanding of how the prefrontal cortex operates and why you need to take care of it.
