With so many stressors in the world, it is harder to manage emotions and focus on our work.
This short course will help you understand the impact of stress and what you can do about it.
We will introduce two parts of the brain: the emotional limbic system and the practical prefrontal cortex.
You will get a brief overview of both parts and a basic understanding of how the prefrontal cortex operates and why you need to take care of it.
